What should I include in my first inquiry?
Start with the material or look you have in mind, the intended application, and your destination. An approximate quantity and target delivery date help us understand the scope. Add drawings or a material schedule if you have them.
Can I speak with someone before choosing a stone?
Yes. Select Product Information or General Inquiry and tell us what you are considering. If you have already shortlisted a material, include its name so the export team has a clear starting point.
How do I arrange samples?
Choose Request Samples in the inquiry form and include your selected material, preferred finish, and delivery destination. The team will confirm sample availability and the delivery arrangements with you.
What happens after I send my request?
You will see an inquiry reference once your request has been saved. Our export team will review the details and contact you using the information you provide. Any quotation, production timing, and shipping terms are confirmed separately.
